ABOUT ME

With a PhD in Global Leadership, specializing in Organizational Management, and nearly a decade of hands-on experience - I have a proven track record of navigating complexity, driving change, and leading with purpose. I've built my career on continuous learning, growing through both setbacks and successes, and bring that same mindset to every client I work with today.

I began my career as a small business owner, where I quickly mastered taking strategic risks, adapting to change, and building from the ground up. I later cofounded two startups, one of which continues to thrive after completing the FoundersBoost (F6S) Accelerator Program. These experiences shaped my resilience and resourcefulness, enabling me to turn vision into reality. From there, I stepped into leadership roles, leading teams of 5 to 25 as a Growth Management Consultant and guiding nonprofits as an Executive Director and Board Member. Currently, I partner with leaders and organizations to build high-performing teams and cultivate cultures that drive success.
